One player, one change
Our son has trained with Coach Chris since he was old enough to grip a baseball. He is patient, fun, and truly knows how to properly train these kids. Our son would not be the ball player and person he is without Chris' guidance and support, both on and off the field.
One player Chris worked with moved from 56 to 60.4 miles per hour of exit velocity across four weeks. The before and after are on screen in the clip, so it is a measurement rather than an impression.

How is this different from team or group training?
The coaching is one on one, but the environment is the same, surrounded by like minded people in the community.
What ages and skill levels do you work with?
Primarily 7U through 14U.
How often should my player train?
About five days a week of actual baseball. That does not mean five lessons. A catch with dad in the backyard, hitting with a friend on an empty field, or five or ten minutes off a tee all count. One hour out of the whole week is not enough on its own, and what happens between sessions is what moves a player.
What should he work on between sessions?
Whatever the plan says, and it should be short enough that he will actually do it. A player with a bat in his hand every day performs better than one who does not, without the lessons and without the personalized coaching. The work does not have to be complicated. It has to be consistent and it has to be the right work.
Where do sessions take place?
In person sessions currently take place in Monmouth and Ocean Counties, New Jersey. Remote and hybrid sessions are offered as well, so distance does not have to rule it out.
How do we get started?
With a consult call first. Thirty minutes, no charge, so Chris can hear where your player is before anyone books a session.
